Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our development team in Singapore. The role focuses on building robust Java applications using modern frameworks and delivering RESTful services. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based applications and micro‑services.
• Implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Integrate applications with MSSQL databases and ensure data integrity.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Utilize Git for version control and follow Agile development practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to integrate UI components.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on software development experience in Java, preferably Java 8 or higher.
• Familiarity with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
• Proficiency with MSSQL or similar relational databases.
• Experience using Git for source control.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
