Solution Architect – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex IT solutions for the financial and banking sector. You will shape the technical vision, ensure architectural consistency across multiple squads, and drive successful system go‑live events.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive solution architecture documentation and shared components used by multiple teams.
• Apply microservice design principles, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
• Lead at least one full‑cycle IT system development project from design to go‑live.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and operations stakeholders to define solutions that meet functional, technical, and operational requirements.
• Develop and enforce guidelines for development, programming, branching models, and API standards, ensuring performance, security, fault tolerance, scalability, and integration.
• Supervise and support technical teams when needed.
• Propose and evaluate technical options, including database solutions, selecting the best approach for timeline and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in solution development, IT system deployment, and integration.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial and banking sector.
• 5+ years designing IT solutions and producing detailed architecture documentation.
• Proven track record of leading a successful go‑live as a Solution Architect.
