Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to lead our sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and procurement activities. You will ensure high‑quality materials and services are secured at competitive prices while supporting overall supply‑chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to guarantee quality, cost‑effectiveness, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure favourable terms and ensure supply continuity.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes from RFQ to purchase order issuance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define needs, timelines, and resolve supply or quality issues.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, maintain accurate records, and support audit processes.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply‑chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a manufacturing, fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
