Staff Nurse – Ophthalmic Clinic & Day Surgery

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports ophthalmic surgeons at a specialised eye clinic and day‑surgery centre in Singapore. You will work in both the operating theatre and the clinic, providing patient‑centred care throughout the surgical pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surgical suites, instruments and supplies for eye procedures.
• Assist surgeons as a scrub nurse during operations.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and patient preparation.
• Monitor patients post‑operatively and deliver education on care.
• Provide eye‑care services at the clinic counter on non‑surgery days.
• Maintain strict infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Valid SNB nursing licence.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without prior OR experience are welcome – training will be provided.
• Willingness to develop operating‑room and peri‑operative skills.
• Commitment to safety, infection control and teamwork.
