About the role

Join PwC Strategy& Deals as an Off‑Cycle Intern and work alongside a leading strategy team in Singapore. You will support high‑impact projects across mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic reviews, gaining exposure to senior‑level clients and boardroom‑level thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in target identification, commercial due diligence, and value creation analyses.
• Contribute to market entry, growth strategy, and strategic review engagements.
• Prepare strategic frameworks, market analyses, and recommendation decks for client decision‑making.
• Rotate across diverse industry projects to develop analytical and commercial instincts.
• Collaborate with PwC’s global Strategy& Deals network for knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Required profile

• Current university student (undergraduate or graduate) interested in strategy, finance, or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.
• Willingness to rotate across sectors and take ownership of deliverables.
