About the role

J.YAN SALON PTE. LTD. is looking for a proactive Supervisor to manage daily operations across its island‑wide salon locations in Singapore. The role involves leading a team, ensuring safety standards, and driving efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees to maintain high performance.
Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Problem‑solving capability.
Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
