Supply Chain Management Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch as a Supply Chain Management Intern. The internship offers hands‑on experience in a corporate environment, supporting ongoing supply‑chain projects and learning from seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Track supplier performance, identify supply risks early and lead weekly order status reviews with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse supply‑chain data (purchase orders, forecasts, delivery metrics) to drive S&OP validation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and optimise Power BI dashboards and Power Query models to visualise trends and monitor KPIs in real time.
• Support source planners in the Procure‑to‑Pay process, manage purchase‑order planning and release activities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain master‑data integrity across systems and contribute to data‑governance initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Available for a work‑study program or work attachment of approximately one year.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, self‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data analysis).
• Power BI dashboard development and data visualisation.
• Python for data analysis and process automation (nice‑to‑have).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) environments.
