Supply Planner (1-year Contract)

About the role
The Regional Supply Planner will oversee supply chain operations across APIC markets, ensuring product availability, capacity management, and smooth execution. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to support business objectives through planning, inventory monitoring and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly supply planning operations, including macro allocation and swing planning.
- Ensure high product availability to maximize sales and revenue in the BSAP market.
- Analyse N+7 forecast for import and export products, provide input to production planning, and identify PO trends, risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with GSCM team and other SBUs to improve availability and drive cost optimisation, including root‑cause analysis for order cuts and shipment schedules.
- Work with group companies to manage inventory planning, optimise costs and mitigate supply shortages or low‑volume product issues.
- Support capacity planning initiatives, including data preparation for mold investments and other requirements.
- Prepare rolling supply forecasts across all sources and coordinate information with stakeholders.
- Report monthly KPIs (order confirmation, production delay, inventory levels), escalate issues and develop improvement plans.
- Participate in monthly calls with BSJ and other SBUs to represent BSCAP and drive actions.
- Identify opportunities to avoid or reduce SMDS/OE SK and ensure compliance with trade, regulatory and audit requirements.
- Execute any additional tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of logistics or supply chain planning experience.
- Strong understanding of production planning and factory operations.
- Prior exposure to the Asia‑Pacific region is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams and build relationships across regions.
- Proven problem‑solving, prioritisation and independent decision‑making skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Working knowledge of WMS/Planning/ERP systems such as SAP and JDA.
- Strategic thinking and customer‑orientation.
