Swim Coach & Operations Executive – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Swim Coach & Operations Executive to join our swim centre network across Tanjong Katong and Bendemeer. The role combines hands‑on swim instruction for young children with day‑to‑day operational support to ensure smooth class delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers and young children, initially supporting senior coaches and gradually leading sessions independently.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.
• Handle daily class scheduling, student registration, attendance tracking and other administrative tasks.
• Communicate schedule updates to parents and support overall centre operations.
• Maintain pool safety, hygiene and equipment standards, including set‑up and pack‑down before and after classes.

Required profile

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare or teaching is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible weekday shifts (9 am‑6 pm or 11 am‑8 pm).
• Relevant swimming, first‑aid or lifesaving certifications are a plus.
