System Administrator

About the role

Libeara is looking for a detail‑oriented System Administrator to join its fintech team. You will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the company’s infrastructure that supports tokenised real‑world assets and mission‑critical financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems, as well as application software and system management tools.
• Monitor system performance, apply updates and patches, and ensure high availability of IT resources.
• Implement security measures, conduct vulnerability assessments, respond to incidents and perform corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to employees and clients, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage user accounts and access controls.
• Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies, perform regular backups and test restoration procedures.
• Enforce compliance with financial standards such as MAS TRM, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, conduct audits and assist auditors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of configurations, policies and procedures, and generate performance, security and compliance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in a fast‑paced, security‑focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
