System Engineer – Windows AD & SCCM

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented System Engineer to manage and optimise our Windows Server and enterprise deployment infrastructure in Singapore. The role focuses on Windows Active Directory and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, forests and organisational units.
• Administer SCCM for software deployment, patch management and system compliance.
• Manage user and computer accounts, group policies and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, security and health; proactively resolve issues.
• Plan and execute software deployments, updates and patches to minimise downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Advanced proficiency with SCCM for deployment and patch management.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with identity and access management principles.
• Proven ability to design and execute disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity procedures.
