System Executive – 12‑Hour Shift Support

About the role

Avensys is seeking a System Executive to join its 12‑hour shift team. You will provide operational support for system infrastructure, assist clients with technical issues, and ensure smooth service delivery across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production and technical support to customers, handling service requests and escalating priority issues.
• Document procedures and create troubleshooting guides.
• Assist customers via phone, email, and web tools, advising on proper product usage.
• Act as liaison between customers and Tier 2 support for escalations.
• Perform mailbox migrations to Exchange and conduct health checks on system availability.
• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure reliability.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Computer/IT (or candidates without experience may be considered).
• 2–3 years of experience as a System Engineer supporting UNIX/Linux platforms and databases.
• Analytical, proactive, able to multitask and prioritize work.
• Strong English communication skills; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and work onsite.
