Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of the team, you will help build our talent pipeline across cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud and software engineering. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement as well as the management of scholarships and internships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment strategies and channels to support current and future workforce needs.
• Assess applications and identify suitable candidates for diverse technical roles.
• Shape the candidate experience and own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning through to offer management and onboarding.
• Develop remuneration packages and manage offers process for selected candidates.
• Analyse trends in the talent and workforce landscape to derive insights and identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition outcomes.

Required profile

• Background in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Demonstrate a good understanding or keen interest in information technology and the technical skills required for our roles.
• Ability to build positive relations and communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Team player, with good planning ability and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior agency and/or in‑house end‑to‑end recruitment experience would be an advantage.
