Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Liquid Group, a Singapore‑headquartered FinTech, is seeking a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Manager to own end‑to‑end recruitment across all functions and entities. Reporting to the Head of People, you will drive fast, professional and cost‑effective hiring while building scalable hiring infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all open roles, from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to write job descriptions, calibrate screening criteria and run structured interview processes.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for senior and specialist positions, including VP, Director and Head‑of‑Function hires.
• Coordinate interview panels, logistics, debriefs and decision‑making cadence.
• Negotiate offers and manage offer letters in collaboration with the Head of People.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical functions such as Product, Engineering, Payments, Commercial and Operations.
• Run targeted sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, Liquid’s career portal and other relevant channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, overseeing performance and cost.
• Design and promote an employee referral programme with regular communications.
• Serve as the single point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication, structured feedback and a high‑quality interview experience.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding handover to the People Operations team.

Required profile

• Hands‑on recruiter with experience managing end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions.
• Deep knowledge of the Singapore tech/fintech talent market.
• Ability to handle senior, executive and individual‑contributor hiring briefs in parallel.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with hiring managers and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on candidate experience.
