Talent Acquisition Partner – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join TikTok’s AI Data Service and Operations team in Singapore. You will partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to drive end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and alignment with the company’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with TikTok’s people objectives.
• Assess talent requirements, develop hiring plans and meet business timelines.
• Leverage networks to attract diverse, experienced talent for the team.
• Screen and select candidates, evaluating experience and cultural fit.
• Support Trust & Safety and other recruiting initiatives to improve and scale recruiting operations.
• Manage the full candidate journey from application to offer, including interview coordination, reference checks, salary recommendations and closing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and execute recruiting processes.
• Passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience closing senior or executive‑level roles and negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Optimistic, collaborative attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.
