About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter who thrives on finding exceptional talent for our fast‑growing AI‑powered marketing startup. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, focusing on hard‑to‑find technical candidates and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, communities and creative outbound strategies.
• Conduct high‑quality outreach and headhunt passive candidates for AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data and related roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates for technical capability and cultural fit, and manage the interview process.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
• Help strengthen employer brand and recruiting processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech company or startup.
• Proven success with outbound sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates.
• Strong ownership mentality, bias toward action and results.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication.
