Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the next wave of enterprise AI solutions at Pints AI. You will work at the intersection of research and product, guiding a team of developers while translating high-level vision into concrete, privacy-preserving AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, high-performance, maintainable code and uphold coding standards.
• Prototype and deliver AI use-cases such as claims processing, compliance, risk assessment and onboarding.
• Own full-stack development of internal AI-powered tools (React, Node/Express, REST APIs).
• Collaborate with client business, compliance and technical teams to shape requirements and ship iteratively.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, managing stakeholders and communication.
• Stay aligned with R&D on LLM orchestration, embeddings, compression and contribute to open-source libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and translate broad visions into actionable steps.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Self-starter mindset with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
