About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to join our fast‑growing AI‑focused marketing company. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, focusing on hard‑to‑find technical talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative outbound strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across AI, software engineering, product, and data roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Screen candidates, assess technical capability and cultural fit, and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment process enhancements as the company scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech startup.
• Proven success sourcing and headhunting passive technical candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a bias toward action.
• Fluent English communication.
