Technician – Facility Maintenance

About the role

Cove is looking for a hands‑on Technician to join its Singapore facility team. You will ensure that all hotel and coliving equipment runs smoothly, supporting guest comfort and safety across more than 8,000 rooms in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues in guest rooms and public areas, including emergency water leaks or power outages.
• Monitor and adjust building management systems such as lighting, security, and fire protection.
• Assist with room renovations, installations of new fixtures, and minor construction tasks.
• Document maintenance activities and report major problems to the Facility Manager.
• Implement energy‑saving measures and ensure compliance with local safety codes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a technician in coliving or hotel environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Project‑management experience and a valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Malay a plus.
