Trainer – Global Collection Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to support global collection operations. The role involves designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for a range of projects such as Drive, Pedestrian, Athena, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer programs for regional trainers and external vendors.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions, including refreshers and ramp‑up courses.
• Monitor training quality, knowledge‑check results, and trainer performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, assessments, and training schedules.
• Support pilot launches, new market expansions, and operational readiness activities.
• Audit training content to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Conduct field testing and validation of GIS equipment, hardware, and software.
• Collaborate with operations teams, technical writers, and global stakeholders.
• Travel internationally to support training, installations, and regional launches.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore with legal authorization to work locally.
• At least 1 year of Drive or Pedestrian collection experience.
• Minimum 1 year of training delivery and team‑leadership experience.
• Experience with collection system installation and regional ramp‑ups.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to train diverse, multicultural audiences, including non‑native English speakers.

Required skills

• GIS equipment handling and validation.
• Learning Management System (LMS) or training‑tracking tools.
• Collection system installation knowledge.
