Trainer – Global Collection Operations (Singapore)

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Trainer to support global collection operations. The role focuses on designing, delivering and continuously improving training programs for a range of projects, including Drive, Pedestrian, Athena, Cabrillo, Fulfillment and Marathon. The position is based in Singapore and involves extensive international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer programs for regional trainers and external vendors.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions, refreshers and ramp‑up workshops.
• Monitor training quality, knowledge‑check results and trainer performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, assessments and training schedules.
• Support pilot launches, new market expansions and operational readiness activities.
• Audit training content to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Perform field testing and validation of GIS equipment, hardware and software.
• Collaborate with operations teams, technical writers and global stakeholders.
• Travel internationally to support training, installations and regional launches.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore with legal authorization to work locally.
• Minimum 1 year of Drive or Pedestrian collection experience.
• Minimum 1 year of training delivery and team‑leadership experience.
• Experience with collection system installation and regional ramp‑ups.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to train diverse, multicultural audiences, including non‑native English speakers.
