Training Centre Executive

About the role

The Training Centre Executive will oversee the smooth operation of our training programmes, acting as the primary liaison between learners, trainers and internal departments. This role combines administrative precision with a strong focus on learner satisfaction and programme quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks for the training centre.
• Liaise with learners, trainers and related departments to ensure programmes run smoothly.
• Manage attendance records, prepare course materials and handle the enrollment process.
• Coordinate training schedules and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new training programmes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote courses and maximise enrolment.
• Provide high‑quality customer service via email, walk‑ins and calls, resolving enquiries within agreed timeframes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and excel.
• Experience in customer service or contact‑centre environments is an advantage.
• Good analytical, planning and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
