UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative UX Designer to shape intuitive digital experiences across multiple platforms. The role involves researching user needs, crafting high‑fidelity prototypes, and ensuring accessibility and inclusivity throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, analyze findings, and identify pain points.
• Apply design heuristics and information architecture principles to improve accessibility and findability.
• Design high‑fidelity, intuitive, and user‑friendly products for mobile, desktop, voice, and conversational interfaces.
• Incorporate universal design techniques to ensure inclusivity.
• Test products to validate usability and usefulness.
• Develop designs for various use scenarios while maintaining consistency with the design system.
• Translate user journeys into flows, low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Present design concepts and user flows to business and IT stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
• Take accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and implement mitigation steps.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, emerging technologies, and potential risks.
• Proactively highlight concerns and share best practices in risk management.
• Perform other related responsibilities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interaction Design or User Experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative attitude.
• Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
