Vice President, Corporate Communications

About the role

The Vice President of Corporate Communications will lead the communications function across EMEA and APAC for Pinebridge Investments. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute strategies that showcase the firm’s capabilities and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement communications strategies for target EMEA & APAC markets, including the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Malaysia, and India.
• Develop messaging, senior‑leadership profiling, asset‑class and alternatives communications, corporate and people news, and thought‑leadership content.
• Manage regional agency partners, ensuring integrated and coordinated media and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain crisis and issues‑management processes and prepare relevant materials.
• Lead internal communications to engage employees, drive buy‑in for the One MIM platform, and deliver regional town halls and change communications.
• Support regional marketing activities, including content deployment, social media, and broader marketing initiatives.
• Provide input on digital channel strategy and develop measurement and reporting frameworks.
• Assist with budget, operational, and resource planning.

Required profile

• Strong academic credentials with excellent research, comprehension, and written and verbal communication skills.
• 12+ years of financial‑services communications experience, both in‑house and agency.
• Extensive experience working with EMEA and APAC stakeholders and media.
• Executive presence and proven ability to work with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success managing external agencies and consultants.
