VP Key Accounts Manager – Global Transaction Services

About the role

The VP Key Accounts Manager will be the primary point of contact for DBS’s top‑tier Institutional Banking Group clients on transaction banking matters. You will drive relationship growth, defend and cross‑sell a portfolio of large, sophisticated cash‑management and trade‑finance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑revenue GTS cash clients, deepening wallet share through advisory and cross‑selling.
• Maintain regular engagement, conduct periodic business reviews and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Develop forward‑looking account plans aligned with client strategies and identify new opportunities for DBS products and services.
• Secure mandates by collaborating with IBG Relationship Managers, GTS product, implementation, technology and operations teams.
• Provide market and client feedback to shape GTS innovation and emerging product development.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to acquire and deliver regional mandates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large corporate or institutional banking relationships.
• Strong understanding of cash management, trade finance, securities and fiduciary services.
• Ability to work across multiple departments locally and regionally to deliver solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment affecting transaction banking.
