Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse assistants in a GMP‑compliant environment. The role ensures smooth inbound and outbound material flow, supports production schedules, and maintains high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, labeling, palletizing, and cold‑room material handling.
• Monitor inventory control, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate data entry in SAP.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP compliance for all warehouse operations.
• Oversee outbound shipments by land, sea, and air, ensuring timely packing and loading.
• Maintain equipment safety, train new staff on forklift, Reach Truck and VNA usage, and uphold a clean work environment.
• Prepare material damage reports, disposition authorizations, and other documentation required for traceability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to prevent production stoppages.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a GMP environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory warehouse role.
• Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime when needed.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Valid forklift license and experience operating Reach Trucks and VNA equipment.
• Proficiency with SAP (and preferably MES) systems for inventory management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cGMP and EHS procedures.
