Workplace Operations & Experience Manager

About the role

Helius Technologies is seeking a Workplace Operations & Experience Manager to ensure its office environments across Asia and the Middle East are safe, efficient, and engaging. The role combines facilities management, community building, and operational excellence to support the company’s technology transformation missions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance, cleaning, and organization of office spaces.
• Drive community engagement, onboarding, off‑boarding and internal mobility for staff.
• Partner with functions to design and execute meetings, events, and employee experiences.
• Support change management and internal communications, maintaining up‑to‑date facility knowledge bases.
• Manage health, safety, and emergency response protocols, leading related committees.
• Supervise physical security measures, access controls, and coordinate with Infosec and Legal.
• Provide guidance on country‑specific travel program implementation.
• Source and manage suppliers for office amenities, balancing DEI, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with building management, lead office moves, refreshes, and closures.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and track related metrics.
• Administer the office operations budget, seeking cost‑effective solutions.

Required profile

• Strong accountability and commitment to quality.
• Experience in facilities, health & safety, and security management.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and community programs.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
