职位概况
负责管理客户服务或线上预订的取件任务，确保取件及时分配给合适的司机并处理未成功的取件。
主要职责
- 根据路线将取件任务分配给司机，确保时效和准确性。
- 协调紧急取件，满足客户时间要求。
- 与客户保持沟通，及时反馈取件延误。
- 管理取件设备的分配并解决简单的技术问题。
- 跟进托盘货运请求，发送每日预警邮件。
- 处理未完成的取件，支持客户体验协调员。
- 协助处理包裹位置、交付、物资需求及变更请求。
任职要求
- 熟悉新加坡道路及地区。
- 了解物流运营流程、作业时间。
- 能够使用公司系统并接受培训。
- 具备良好的团队合作和客户服务意识。
- 能够进行轻度体力劳动。
必备技能
- 系统操作能力。
