Class 3 Delivery Driver

About the role

UPS is seeking a reliable Class 3 Delivery Driver to handle daily inbound and outbound shipments across Singapore. The role involves direct interaction with customers, cash collection for COD/COP shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect packages on a daily basis throughout Singapore.
• Perform on‑road audits and submit required shipping documents.
• Collect cash or cheques for COD/COP shipments and turn them in daily.
• Identify service‑related issues and propose solutions to the supervisor.
• Provide sales leads when opportunities arise.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 is an advantage).
• Familiarity with Singapore road networks and ability to deliver island‑wide.
• Physical ability to lift and lower packages up to 35 kg and navigate stairs.
• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Basic English speaking and writing skills for customer communication.
• Professional, courteous demeanor and willingness to work extra hours when needed.
