Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely transaction processing. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Execute basic reconciliations and staff reimbursement processing.
• Prepare and design financial reports, schedules, and cost analyses.
• Monitor documentation quality, filing of financial records, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within accounting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, teamwork orientation, and reliability.

Required skills

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
