Senior Tax Analyst – Asia Pacific

About the role

Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to support its tax function across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the General Manager – Tax, you will manage compliance, transfer pricing, tax accounting and technology initiatives for entities in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including returns, payments, forecasts and deferred tax calculations for Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.
• Drive implementation and adoption of tax technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure transfer pricing documentation and filings meet local regulations.
• Support quarterly tax accounting, including transfer pricing corrections and uncertain tax positions.
• Manage tax audits, liaising with authorities and external advisors.
• Provide practical tax advice to business teams and build strong relationships with finance, legal and policy leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Law or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing or tax advisory, preferably in a multinational corporate environment or Big 4 firm.
• Strong understanding of APAC tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing external tax advisers and compliance providers.
• Knowledge of tax accounting principles and transfer‑pricing concepts.
