Account Manager – Aerospace

About the role

The Account Manager – Aerospace will own and manage allocated contracts for in‑service deals, ensuring smooth operations and financial oversight. This role bridges customers, internal functions and project teams to deliver service excellence and drive profitability in the aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage allocated contracts, overseeing operations and financial performance.
• Coordinate actions across functions to ensure service excellence and profitability.
• Guide design of new campaigns, aligning customer needs with existing capabilities and addressing gaps.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance solution performance and profitability.
• Define solution requirements and oversee adjustments across support functions, including data management and finance.
• Perform data analysis and support local teams during incidents or service‑level issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of aerospace experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Familiarity with project management and process design.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective interpersonal skills.
• High energy, persistence, proactive attitude, and willingness to travel internationally.
• Self‑driven and autonomous work style with strong professional integrity.

Required skills

• Ability to analyze large data sets.
• Programming skills (advantageous).
