Business Impact Manager

About the role

The Business Impact Manager will support regional practice leaders in Singapore, driving business development, internal management activities, and global and regional processes within the APR Business Impact Team.

Key responsibilities

• Support practice heads with day‑to‑day management, communications, and material development for regional and global meetings.
• Coordinate special projects aligned to strategic priorities, manage internal practice meetings, and track actions and follow‑up.
• Provide commercial effectiveness support, including client/business development assistance, RFP processes, and key client account management.
• Champion regional and global best practices, implement practice‑level processes, and drive change initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage varied workloads, maintain confidentiality, and make decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Strategic project management expertise.
• Experience creating compelling business presentations.
