Account Manager – AI & Technology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Account Manager to build and grow strategic client relationships for our AI and technology solutions. You will manage the full customer lifecycle, from opportunity identification to solution delivery and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic and emerging customers, understanding their internal organization and key stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through complex sales engagements, coordinating pre‑sales, delivery, and post‑sale activities.
• Develop pricing strategies, manage cost of sales, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Collect market intelligence, analyze trends, and provide client feedback to internal teams.
• Oversee account profitability, coordinate billing, and ensure timely customer payments.
• Deliver presentations and represent the company at industry events.
