Global Sales Operations Lead

About the role

Axi is seeking a commercially minded Global Sales Operations Lead to improve sales performance, streamline operations and support business growth across its worldwide brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse sales performance, tracking key KPIs, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards and performance updates for leadership.
• Establish consistent sales reporting standards, processes and performance measurements.
• Work with sales teams to identify operational challenges and efficiency gains.
• Coordinate key sales initiatives, ensuring actions and timelines progress.
• Support commercial projects, including market research and small‑scale market tests.
• Analyse results from commercial initiatives and provide insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Payments, Finance, Compliance and other teams to support sales activities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Analysis or related functions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling sales data, KPIs and reporting dashboards.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret performance trends.
• Comfortable coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful problem‑solver with clear communication skills.
