Account Manager – Digital Advertising

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of advertiser and agency accounts, driving retention, growth, and long‑term value through successful campaigns. You will be the primary post‑sale contact, ensuring a high‑quality experience and acting as a strategic partner for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of advertiser or agency accounts, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and budget expansion opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews, sharing insights, trends, and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve campaign issues.
• Proactively mitigate risks to retention or performance.
• Educate clients on new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and platform enhancements.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, tracking account health and opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Acquisition Representatives for smooth onboarding.
• Advocate for client needs internally to improve product and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success within digital advertising or ad tech.
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Proven ability to manage and grow advertiser budgets across digital channels.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving mindset and comfort in a fast‑evolving product environment.
