Account Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

Singtel is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships for its corporate ICT portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison between corporate clients and Singtel’s solution teams, ensuring the delivery of cost‑effective, innovative technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers at all levels to achieve revenue targets and high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Solution Managers and Sales Specialists to design and propose ICT, cyber, and managed‑service solutions.
• Conduct in‑depth account planning and profiling to identify customer needs, win bids, and close innovative deals.
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
• Identify new business opportunities and synergies, presenting them to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of technology trends and articulate Singtel’s unique value proposition.
• Ensure timely handling of pre‑sales and post‑sales enquiries, work orders, and commercial documentation.
• Support the Account Director by completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Required profile

• Degree or higher with at least 5 years of account‑management experience across various industries.
• Proven sales track record; experience in telecom or ICT account management is a plus.
• Self‑driven, energetic, resourceful, creative, and capable of leading initiatives.
• Proactive attitude with strong leadership qualities.
