Account Manager (IT Channel Partnerships)

About the role

DCSS Technology is seeking a passionate Account Manager to drive growth in the dynamic IT sector. You will cultivate strategic relationships with channel partners, collaborate on go‑to‑market plans, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategies aligned with company IT solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers at partner organisations.
• Achieve sales targets through partner engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement.
• Provide partners with training, marketing materials, and resources to ensure success.
• Monitor channel performance, analyse metrics, and implement optimisation strategies.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align channel efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience building strong partner relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
