Sales Manager, South Asia

About the role

The Sales Manager, South Asia will lead a regional sales team to drive profitability and growth in line with Arrow's vision. This role combines strategic leadership, customer relationship management, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the sales team, set priorities, and forecast opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Lead field sales calls, supplier reviews, and customer engagements to strengthen senior‑level relationships.
• Define and execute sales strategies, including supply‑chain, engineering, and service‑excellence initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees; handle performance issues and career development.
• Participate in Arrow’s sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to specific goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in technology or electronics.
• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and achieve strategic sales objectives.
