Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will own a portfolio of enterprise and institutional clients, acting as the primary commercial contact after onboarding. You will help clients maximise the value of MetaComp’s digital payment and asset solutions while driving growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate and institutional clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular business reviews, understand client objectives and payment workflows, and serve as the primary commercial contact post‑onboarding.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across MetaComp’s payment, FX, digital‑asset, treasury and API solutions, negotiate terms and renew agreements to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure successful client adoption by monitoring usage, recommending improvements, and coordinating issue resolution with Operations, Product, Compliance and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Compliance, Operations, Treasury & Finance and Engineering to deliver seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise and institutional client portfolios in a B2B or fintech environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue growth and client retention.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, Finance and Engineering.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
