Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be based on‑site in Singapore, managing and growing relationships with aviation industry clients such as airlines, MROs and helicopter operators. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare and issue quotations, contracts and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate order processing, logistics and delivery to meet client timelines.
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and technical support teams.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Sales and negotiation experience, including handling quotations and contracts.
• Basic understanding of aviation consumables, rotables and spare parts, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple orders and timelines.
• Proficiency in business communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets and standard office software.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, aviation, logistics or related field; prior aviation or B2B sales experience is a plus.
