Account Manager, Mid Market

About the role

Singtel is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth across its Mid‑Market commercial portfolio. You will work closely with Solution Managers and Sales Specialists to deliver integrated telco, ICT and cybersecurity solutions that help customers meet their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of Mid‑Market accounts through proactive engagement and business development.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new opportunities, cross‑selling telco, ICT and cybersecurity solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to increase wallet share and improve retention.
• Collaborate with Solution Managers to design cost‑effective technology proposals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and ensure timely order management.
• Deliver professional presentations, proposals and business reviews while managing customer expectations.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience and successful solution delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT, telecommunications or enterprise account management with a strong sales record.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
