Analog Design Engineer – Power Management Circuit

About the role

MediaTek’s power management team is looking for a campus‑hire Analog Design Engineer to develop analog and mixed‑signal IC blocks for smartphones, IoT, automotive and ASIC products. The role involves full‑cycle design from specification to production support, with training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Design analog/mixed‑signal circuit blocks and IPs according to performance, area and power targets.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to create floor plans and perform IC layout.
• Test and debug prototype ICs together with system verification engineers.
• Prepare designs for mass‑production and support field issues or customer rejects.
• Document IC designs and performance results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a focus on IC design.
• Academic or internship experience with switch‑mode regulators, LDOs, voltage references, oscillators or other analog circuits is a plus.
• Willingness to learn on the job; training will be provided.
• Location: One North, Singapore.
