Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will support the Architectural Manager in delivering high‑quality building projects. Working on‑site in Singapore, you will ensure that architectural designs are accurately coordinated with all related disciplines and that construction follows approved specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Architectural Manager in coordinating architectural works.
• Synchronise architectural drawings with civil & structural, M&E, BIM and specialist trades.
• Prepare and track shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs/RFAs, samples and mock‑ups.
• Conduct site checks to verify that works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants on technical and site issues.
• Monitor progress, defects, outstanding works and approvals.
• Support the preparation of as‑built drawings, TOP/CSC and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of architectural coordination experience, as required by tender commitments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, finishes and construction coordination.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices; MOE, school or public‑sector experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM and Revit (advantage).
