Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator ensures that architectural designs are accurately translated into built form. Working closely with architects, consultants and contractors, the role guarantees compliance with design intent, regulations and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and review architectural drawings and related documents.
• Liaise with architects, consultants and contractors to clarify design issues.
• Communicate design changes and ensure their implementation on‑site.
• Monitor construction progress to keep it aligned with architectural specifications.
• Verify compliance with building codes, regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural discrepancies.
• Support project management with technical input and documentation.
