Architectural Graduate – Entry Level Architecture Position

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the project architect from the early briefing stage through design development, tender preparation and construction administration. You will work closely with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure projects progress smoothly and meet regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients and professionals to define and develop project briefs.
• Prepare planning applications, regulatory submissions and design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Assist in detailed design, coordinate design information, and produce tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Liaise with planning officers and other authorities to obtain statutory approvals.
• Attend site visits, record minutes, and coordinate site issues with the project architect.
• Analyse specifications for materials and processes, ensuring design aligns with performance and functional requirements.
• Advise clients on contract procurement and lead preparation of tender documents.
• Administer contracts, obtain client feedback, and conduct defect inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with local building regulations (Singapore or Malaysia).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.
• Proactive, conscientious attitude with a good work ethic.
