Facilities Operations & Safety Manager

About the role

The role oversees daily operations, maintenance and development of assigned campus zones, ensuring safe and compliant environments while managing end‑to‑end delivery of building, fit‑out and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules, conduct inspections, and monitor Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) performance.
• Audit fire alarm and protection systems, coordinate fire drills and emergency response teams.
• Manage daily building operations, vendor coordination, inventory control and event management.
• Oversee procurement, tenders, contracts and system maintenance.
• Develop and update EHS policies, risk management frameworks and emergency response plans.
• Assess operational strategies, recommend cost‑optimisation measures and explore automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in facilities management or building operations.
• Certified Workplace Safety & Health Officer and valid Fire Safety Manager certification.
• Additional certifications (e.g., Green Mark Manager, Singapore Certified Energy Manager) are advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
