About the role

The Assistant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and step in when the manager is absent. This role ensures smooth service delivery and maintains high standards of hospitality within the bistro.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overall restaurant operations and act as the manager’s backup.
  • Carry out duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
  • Supervise, schedule, and deploy service staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain a high level of service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Plan staff rosters, manage stock requisitions, and conduct sales/menu analysis.
  • Oversee staff discipline, presentation, and performance.
  • Manage all catering requirements.

Required profile

  • Preferably holds O/N Levels.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Positive attitude and alignment with the club’s vision.
  • Willingness to work long hours.
