About the role
The Operation Manager – Housekeeping will oversee daily operations of the hotel housekeeping department across multiple locations in Singapore, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation and activity for the hotel department.
- Liaise with the director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
- Coordinate with HR for manpower planning and conduct interviews when required.
- Assist HR and the director in developing and improving KPIs.
- Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
- Attend to complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by directors.
Required profile
- Willingness to work islandwide and travel to multiple locations daily.
- Availability for overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
- At least 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
