Assistant Manager - Multinational Incoming

About the role

Marsh is looking for an Assistant Manager to join its Multinational Incoming team, part of the risk business. The role is based in Singapore and is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office. The Multinational Incoming team handles the local insurance requirements and servicing for Marsh's overseas multinational clients, working with colleagues across Marsh's international network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multinational client servicing by working with overseas Marsh offices to handle their global clients' local entities in Singapore, including pre-renewal data gathering, renewal discussions and post-renewal activities such as policy documentation and training support.
• Process clients' insurance requests promptly and accurately, keeping client servicing to quality standards.
• Lead digital tools implementation and adoption with clients, partnering with internal teams to support adoption of Marsh systems and tools.
• Implement action plans, monitor progress and ensure service meets or exceeds client expectations while protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in the general insurance industry.
• Minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent (ANZIIF or ACII preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to work in a team.
• Nice to have: high motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience or enthusiasm for digital tools and client technology solutions.
